Description An unusual blue steampunk inspired mug, ideal father’s day gift for geeky dads! Holds about 260ml up to the brim. Approx size: 7 cm handle – Height 11 cm 2.8″ handle – height 4.4″ Microwave and dishwasher safe, but prefers limited use for extra durability. Process: I used parts from my old Apple laptop to imprint the pattern on slabs of clay. I stained it with cobalt oxide and applied glazes before firing it at 1200°C. Et voilà! Some areas are left purposefully unglazed. Designed and handmade by Marion Walsh. See separate listing for the plate shown in one of the photos.
