The MacRae Bagpipes PC6/SL/IMIT Standard size African Blackwood Practice chanter, featuring an African Blackwood body with a plastic top. The finger holes on the standard size practice chanter are closer together than that of the full size pipe chanter, however standard size is an equally favoured choice of practice chanter for many experienced pipers, along with the long practice chanter. The PC6/SL model is complete with a beaded imitation ferrule and an imitation ivory sole. The MacRae chanter range has been designed in collaboration with World Champion Pipe Major Stuart Liddell of Inverary and District Pipe Band. This chanter is highly durable and is an easily maintained practice chanter, perfect for beginners with fully grown hands and highly experienced players.
