Our builders have been working on the McLaren short blocks to increase reliable loads on the motors. In tearing down the assembly, performing autopsy’s on failure points and reassembling with improved replacements, we have developed and engineered all of our own professional engine disassembly and assembly tools to complement the professional engine machinists toolbox. Without these tools, you simply cannot perform assembly or disassembly of the McLaren M838T and M840T motors accurately and without damage.
