In**@***************ts.com   Magnus continues the tradition of transferring what it learns on the racetrack directly into parts designed for the next world record holders.  The new GTR VR38 Billet Block makes use of 6061 / T651 Aluminum, which is first roughed, then re-heat treated and stress relieved before being machined to a brilliant finish. The main girdle is of 7075 Billet of aluminum, and 12mm Main bolts fasten the assembly together, all precision bored, in the final setup. Darton’s proprietary Top Fuel material is used for extra sleeve strength in our water-cooled application. Top of the sleeve is positively located along with the bottom of the sleeve, and all final tolerances are coordinated and CMM checked in our machining centers.
