Every part is deserving of attention therefore every Magnus pulley is machined individually on our 5 axis then hand washed, ensuring you feel like you’re holding special. Milled from 6061 aluminum, then hard anodized in clear to give a frosted yet durable appearance. This result cannot be duplicated from a hobbed gear. Flanges are precisely beveled and also anodized for wear resistance.
