Description We were commissioned to engineer, design, and construct a replacement transfer case housing for Mitsubishi Evolution’s to stop the transfer case breakage associated with the rigors of drag racing. Engineered to be 450 percent stronger than the OEM Transfer case housing by carefully incorporating stronger ribbing features larger radii and enlarged wall thickness into the original housing. Material is 7075 aluminum, the same as our bulletproof DSM EVO 1-3 housings. All internal oiling passages are reused resulting in superior oil transfer throughout the contacting gear teeth. Available options are Standard or With ACD. Available to be purchased with or without billet crown wheel and pinion.
